What is Blueprint?

For years we have focused on design, reactively, placing it at the end of the treatment, after the tooth was prepped after the ortho has been done, and after the implant has been placed. The Smile Design era placed design where it matters most, at the beginning of the treatment, but transitioning from 2D to 3D remained complex and challenging. It's time to change the game.

Blueprint uses groundbreaking automatic alignment and segmentation, to construct the most complete virtual patient the industry has ever seen, without losing its core feature: Simplicity. There are 2 main ways to use Blueprint:

  • Start from an existing Smile Design to translate it into a 3D project. Then download it as an interdisciplinary project. You can export STL, which means implicit integration to any digital technology
  • Use it as a planning CAD for projects that don't need smile design. Posterior crowns for example.

Blueprint is built on 3 main pillars.

  • Stack - build your multi-layer virtual patient, stacking together all available files you have: Pictures, scans, dicom, and motion.
  • Structure - create your planning canvas. Choose which teeth you want to add, remove, or reshape.
  • Simulate - different scenarios, sync multiple pictures and views, and download the entire project as an STL, compatible with any digital tools.
